1. Products and Services We specialise in high-precision 3D printed products. Due to the nature of Additive Manufacturing, minor variations in texture, layer lines, or colour may occur between the digital representation and the final physical product. These variations are a standard part of the fabrication process and do not constitute a defect.

2. Pricing and Payments All prices listed on our website or online shopping platforms are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle all transactions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights All content on this website, including but not limited to 3D designs, CAD models, product photographs, logos, zero-waste manufacturing processes, and text, is the exclusive property of 3Dstackers. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, or using our designs or website content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. We actively monitor the market and will take legal action against the unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our proprietary designs.

4. Shipping and Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times within Singapore are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or factors outside our control. Ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held liable for misdirected parcels due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. If a return is approved, we will issue a replacement or a refund. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

6. Limitation of Liability Our products, including physical toys and desk accessories, are designed for general use. 3Dstackers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the products are suitable for their intended use.

7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
