Bringing an idea to life is one thing. Making sure it survives a Singapore afternoon or a child's playroom is another. I have built my fabrication services around technical rigour and the simple principle of doing things right. Whether you are a fellow creator with a rough sketch or a corporate partner needing a functional prototype, I handle the engineering so you can focus on the vision.

Technical 3D Printing
I don't believe in "standard" settings. Every project I take on is calibrated for its specific purpose.
The PETG Standard: I have moved away from brittle hobbyist plastics like PLA. I primarily use high-performance PETG because it is stable up to 80°C. This means your parts won't warp in a hot car or lose their shape under the Singapore sun.
Complex Surface Geometry: As seen in my "Yuan Bao" clickers, I have developed advanced 3D modelling workflows to wrap seamless text and intricate engravings onto curved surfaces. This is a significant challenge in 3D production that requires precise mesh manipulation and slicer calibration to execute flawlessly.
Industrial Hardware: Using my fleet of Bambu Lab H2C systems, I can produce multi-material and multi-colour builds with zero-purge waste. You get a cleaner, more sustainable product with a professional finish.

Precision Laser Detailing
I utilize the three core pillars of laser technology to add a layer of professional detailing that 3D printing alone cannot achieve.
Engraving: Adding permanent, high-contrast branding or intricate patterns onto wood, acrylic, and other substrates.
Cutting: Achieving micro-tolerances for parts that need to fit together perfectly, such as corporate signage or architectural components.
Scoring: Creating shallow, precise lines that allow for beautiful aesthetic detailing or acts as a guide for perfectly crisp manual assembly.
Mixed-Media Synergy: One of my specialities is combining these laser-cut elements with 3D printed parts. This creates a premium, hybrid product that feels substantial and high-end.

Digital Paper Fabrication
For projects that require a delicate touch, I offer high-precision digital paper cutting. By applying the same technical accuracy I use for 3D modelling to cardstock and paper, I can create products that move beyond the "flat" world.
Interactive Mechanisms: I can engineer complex "Double Slider" or "Sliding Reveal" card mechanisms where pulling one tab reveals information on the opposite side.
Structural Paper Art: Using my H2C machine, I can score and cut paper to create self-assembling 3D paper sculptures, pop-up architectural models, and shadow boxes.
Bespoke Packaging: I design and produce custom paper bags and gift boxes with intricate laser-perforated patterns or windows, perfect for high-end corporate branding.
Precision Folding: By using laser scoring, I can ensure that even the most complex origami-style folding tricks are executed with machine-perfect accuracy, resulting in incredibly sharp and professional handcrafted designs.
The Digital-to-Physical Pipeline (DfAM)
Many people have a great idea but no 3D file. This is where my background at DigiPen and the MOE comes in. I provide a full design service:
AI-Enhanced Prototyping: I use advanced AI tools to quickly move from a 2D concept to a 3D reality, saving you time in the R&D phase.
Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM): I don't just draw a shape: I design it specifically to be printed. This reduces print time by roughly 30% and material usage by up to 50%, making your project more efficient and cost-effective.
